Rescue 42, Inc. Company Information
Rescue 42, Inc. developed the TeleCribbing® Stabilization system back in 2000. It has been extremely successful, helping Fire and Rescue crews perform extrication and rescue in an environment safer for both rescuers and victims. Our old system was manufactured of galvanized steel “signpost” type material. While this material is OK, it has some problems. It is heavy, relatively weak, and is easily attacked by moisture and many chemicals including battery acid! It also conducts electricity, which is very undesirable due to the popularity of hybrid electric cars. |

Time has moved on, and there have been tremendous advances in the field of Advanced Composites. Rescue 42 has partnered with a progressive Composites manufacturer to develop a proprietary system for producing the revolutionary Composite TeleCrib® Struts! Most Firefighters will remember the days of steel SCBA bottles, and how the advent of composite bottles made steel bottles obsolete. The strength, light weight, chemical resistance, and non-conductive properties of our advanced composite TeleCrib® struts have made the old “signpost” and other types of steel struts completely obsolete! |
Rescue 42 has filed a patent on the TeleCrib® Strut System with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Patent is currently pending.
